I'm On an F1 High!!!

I just want to gloat. I just want to dedicated another blog entry to my boy, Kimi Raikkonen. When everyone thought that he was through, he just kept going and proved them wrong.

The first 7 races were really difficult. Only won one out of the 7, two 3rd placers, an 8th, a 5th and a 4th with one retirement due to technical failure, everyone seemed to think that the highest paid driver this season is being outclassed by his team mate and his other competitors who are doing a whole lot better. It was evident that he was struggling. Rumours even began to spread that he might be booted out of the Prancing Horse if he kept this up. But he was determined and he proved his worth. Now all he has to do is be consistent and win more races.

He's still behind in the points. But he can now catch up. Only 5 points behind team mate Felipe Massa, 8 points behind Fernando Alonso, and 22 points behind leader Lewis Hamilton...hmm...it would be tough. But I've always believed in my boy. And with Ferrari coming back to form, I'm sure that he can sqeeze in as many points as he can to take the lead.

Here's hoping.

But in the meantime...GO KIMI!!!!!!
