Tears would Eventually Fall

There are times in my life when I really just want to cry. For no apparent reason than just to shed tears, release those pent up anxieties and stress that has been building up inside. Especially when keeping in pent up anxieties and stress is really bad for your health. It's really not healthy. You might end up dropping dead one moment if you keep it all in.

I needed a good cry. I needed a good burst of tears to release the tension. I needed to get myself back on track. A good cry is very needed once in a while.

Crying does have it's good points. For one, it takes out toxins in your body. It cleanses you, much like sweating. Another thing is that it releases tension, clears out the mind and takes away all those negative thoughts that has been creeping up on you and you haven't realised it. It takes away stress and it would make you feel good as new after a good cry.

Though there is a downside to it all. Like everything in the world, too much crying is also bad.

Crying...it's one or the other. It's both good and bad. How to find a happy center is all up to you.

So take a healthy does of tears every now and then but don't forget that too much of it will completely destroy you.
