(Sorry this is the only Picture I have of him in my PC here in the office...Actually, this is the only Picture I have of him that is saved in any of the PCs that I use. His hair so a lot shorter now but I used to envy his long hair because it was so straight...Like the hair of Antonio Banderas in Invterview with the Vampire...)Tomorrow my older brother will be turning 30. This will actually be the first birthday my older brother will be spending in Dubai. We will be calling him up tomorrow to greet him. Here's hoping that he won't be in the office working when we call him up.
But of course it's really strange celebrating a birthday without a celebrant. My older sister said we'll make pasta and buy cake tomorrow to celebrate his birthday. So, it's really weird to be celebrating his birthday without him there to blow the candles. But, knowing that Grace would be there to celebrate it with him gives me a sense of security that he won't be celebrating it alone. At least he'll have someone to cook for him or he'll cook for to celebrate this special occasion.
Him being 30 also marks his last two years in the calendar...hehe... At least now, he's going places and also enjoying himself in the process. Doing something that he really likes to do (which is drawing) and excelling in it is really something we here at home are really proud of. At least he won't get bored or anything that he would decide to leave something that he really likes to do because he's not enjoying. He is 3o after all, he should be thinking of settling down and giving us nephews and nieces...hehe...(no pressure here Kuya!)
Anyway, Happy Birthday to my favorite Older Brother!!! (I know, Iknow... you're my only older brother...that's why you're my favorite...hehe). We'll send you your cake and pasta via FedEx. =)
